5. Shipping Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), then shipped according to the method selected at the time of purchase. Estrée Paris shall not be held liable for any delivery delays attributable to the shipping carriers.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.
